I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and tidy with great views from the sea side and a spacious balcony. The service was exceptional, especially in the Lobby where I interacted with a wonderful female employee from Vietnam who spoke Chinese fluently. The location was perfect, near the road connected to Marina Mall and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious foods that catered to everyone's tastes. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a fantastic stay.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a balcony for smoking, nice design, and good service from the staff. However, the room was not ready upon my late arrival, which was inconvenient after a long trip. The view was great, and the facilities, especially the pool, were excellent. I did not try breakfast as it was not included.
My stay at this hotel for 2 nights was fantastic! The service from the staff was amazing, and the rooms were very clean and excellent. The spacious rooms with nice views, starting on the 7th floor, provided a great perspective of different parts of Pattaya.
